End-of-life planning
We clarify what matters most to you, organize your wishes, and prepare for conversations with family and decision-makers. I can help you work through advance directives and prepare questions about POLST forms for your clinician.
Wild & Precious · Marin County
Support shaped around the person, the family, and the moment.
Dying is a place where values, beliefs, wants, longings, thresholds, and peoples come together, and where I hold and tend to everything you invite and allow me to. Wild tears, age-old laughter, grieving customs from previous and future generations—all of this and more—are present here. This is you, me, and the unknown turning the soil with our bare hands.

These services are offered for everyone. Mothers, Fathers, Sisters, Brothers, all people are welcome. Trans, non-binary, gender non-confirming, gender-fluid, intersex, and queer bodies are all welcomed here.
I provide non-medical support alongside hospice teams, clinicians, and caregivers. My role is to help with the practical, emotional, and personal aspects of serious illness, dying, and grief.
We clarify what matters most to you, organize your wishes, and prepare for conversations with family and decision-makers. I can help you work through advance directives and prepare questions about POLST forms for your clinician.
I help you organize questions, understand available hospice and palliative care resources, and think through practical next steps. Together, we make room to consider your preferences when decisions feel overwhelming.
I offer information and non-medical planning support around options including Medical Aid in Dying (MAiD) and Voluntarily Stopping Eating and Drinking (VSED). We can prepare questions for your care team and plan for caregiving, comfort, and family support.
I help families talk through concerns, coordinate support, and prepare for changes. Companionship for the person who is ill can also give caregivers time to rest and attend to their own needs.
I help you prepare for the final days, understand what to expect, and create an environment that reflects the person’s wishes. At the bedside, I offer a steady presence and guidance for loved ones.
We can reflect on a life, create letters or recordings, or plan a personal ritual or remembrance. After a death, I offer space to talk about what happened and support as you begin to navigate grief.
You don’t need to know whether you need a doula, or which kind of support to ask for. We can start with what’s happening, what feels difficult, and what would help.
In a free consultation, we’ll talk through your questions, explore whether we are a good fit, and clarify next steps.
There is no obligation — only conversation.
Book a Free ConsultationWe begin with a free consultation to discuss what’s happening and where support would be useful. You don’t need to know exactly what to ask for.
Hourly support: $150 per hour.
End-of-life planning starts at $400.
Preparing additional addendums or a detailed family communication plan requires extra time beyond this starting package. We’ll discuss the scope and cost before proceeding.
Support can be billed hourly or arranged as a custom package. We agree on the rate and scope before we begin.
For a focused project, such as end-of-life planning, we can agree on a scope of support and a package fee. For open-ended projects or support as needs arise, I can bill by the hour.
Time is tracked carefully and transparently. An itemized invoice is provided.
Any unused funds are fully refundable.
For packages, additional time beyond the agreed scope is billed at the hourly rate discussed in advance.
Travel outside Marin County includes a $50 per visit fee. Virtual support is available when appropriate.
If finances are a concern, I welcome an open conversation about what feels sustainable.
When someone you love is dying, you need support that feels close, personal, and present. While I am based in Marin County, I believe no one should have to walk this path alone — wherever you are.
If you live outside my area, I can help you find and connect with a local end-of-life doula. Having someone nearby can be deeply grounding — someone who can arrive quickly, sit at the bedside, and support both the dying and the living in the moments that matter most.
If a trusted local doula isn’t available, I can travel to be with you and your family. I am honored to have spent time at the threshold of life and death, and I know the sacredness of being present in those final days and hours. Sometimes having a steady guide, even from afar, is what helps families breathe easier and feel less alone.
There are also moments when distance doesn’t need to be a barrier. I can provide guidance, planning, and companionship virtually—helping you create vigil spaces, navigate choices, and feel supported in the midst of it all.
Wherever you are, I am here to help you find your way through. Whether by connecting you to a local doula, traveling to sit with you in person, or offering support virtually, you do not have to carry this alone.
