Structure and Fees

Care Is Structured by Scope

  • Support is structured as defined care packages, shaped around the needs we discuss during your consultation.

  • Rather than billing session by session, we agree upon a scope of support and establish a project-based fee that reflects the level of care anticipated.

  • Time is tracked carefully and transparently. An itemized invoice is provided.

  • Any unused funds are fully refundable.

  • Additional time beyond the agreed scope is billed at the hourly rate discussed in advance.

Investment

  • Care packages vary depending on complexity, duration, and level of involvement.

  • For clarity, here are examples of commonly requested engagements:

  • End-of-Life Planning Sessions begin at $300

  • VSED / Medical Aid in Dying Support typically starts around $2,000

  • Vigil Support and Ongoing Companioning are quoted based on the anticipated scope and timing

  • Travel outside Marin County includes a $50 per visit fee.
Virtual support is available when appropriate.

  • If finances are a concern, I welcome an open conversation about what feels sustainable.
